Welcome to Roberta’s website. God has called her to minister in Japan. Roberta’s residence and the bulk of her ministry is in Tokyo. Within the pages of this web site, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Japan and its people, culture and response to the Christian Gospel. Presently, Roberta is starting a volunteer program in hopes of placing volunteers of all ages year round in Japanese Baptist Union churches and institutions. She also relates to local Japanese churches leading small groups and encouraging leaders.
One of Roberta’s main tasks has been to build a Mission Partnership Team. If you can imagine a race car track, there are two groups who are present:
One group is the pit crew, which sees to the every need of the car when it stops in the pit. That is what the MPT is like. Roberta has the core group together now.
The second group at the race track is the fans who pay to come and cheer. This is the Mission Partnership Network. Hopefully, if you are reading this you are already are part of the MPN, or would like to become part of it. That is the network of people who pray for and support Roberta.
